Brooke K. Schiferle

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Brooke K. Schiferle is a talented litigator with experience in federal and state courts, both trial and appellate. Prior to joining KSM, Brooke was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee. In that position she conducted many investigations, hearings, and jury trials.
Before her federal service, Brooke was an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Tennessee, where she represented state agencies in federal and state courts across Tennessee. Before moving to Tennessee, Brooke began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, New York.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Brooke grew up in Buffalo, New York, and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan. She lived in New York City for many years before making Nashville home. She loves to travel, attend concerts and Broadway shows, and spend time with her family.
