- Prepared contract templates and negotiated contracts on behalf of public business-to-business and transportation payment solutions company, including:
- Card acceptance agreements with hundreds of merchants, including each of the two largest truck stop operators in the United States;
- Sponsorship and processing agreements with various banks;
- Incentive agreement with one of the two largest international credit card networks;
- Numerous private-label card sponsorship and reseller agreements; and
- Master service agreements with hundreds of customers.
- Advised international tire company in connection with establishing a new joint venture that will distribute its and its joint venture partner’s products.
- Prepared contract templates and negotiated master purchase agreements with multiple national hotel chains on behalf of hospitality-industry technology services company.
- Negotiated contracts with multiple lead generation companies and other key vendors on behalf of consumer financial services company.
- Represented Nashville-based occupational health company in acquisition of Texas-based workers’ compensation third party administrator.
- Represented family of private equity funds in connection with multiple early and follow-on investments in various startup companies.
