General Civil Litigation

Klein Solomon Mills’ civil litigators have extensive experience litigating myriad claims before state and federal courts. Our team is intimately familiar with litigation processes, trends, local practices, and strategy. Our lawyers have spent large portions of their legal careers responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and filing summary judgment motions. In addition, in a legal environment wherein fewer and fewer cases reach trial, our attorneys have trial experience rivaling significantly more senior lawyers in the community. Our team members have spent countless hours preparing witnesses for trial, questioning potential jurors, cross-examining witnesses, and giving closing arguments.
